SS&K Landscape Maintenance

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, Steve Schinhofen, owner of SS&K Landscape Maintenance Inc., located at 502 Rio Vista, Anaheim, CA 92805.

We have provided landscape maintenance for condominiums, townhomes and industrial complexes in Orange, LA and San Bernardino Counties for more than 12 years. We have extensive experience in the care of large developments that require full-time employees, also associations that have hard to manage irrigation systems where there are children and excessive vandalism. We work for several small associations that are serviced once a week and have their own special needs.

We are a licensed landscape contractor. We will work closely with the landscape board to upgrade and improve current landscaping. We also have a state licensed pest control applicator to provide chemical programs for lawns, shrubs and trees; a licensed arborist to diagnose and administer expert care to your trees and a certified backflow technician to test, certify and/or repair your backflow devices. We are also certified by the state to do water auditing.

Some of our employees have been with us for a number of years and their training is evident in the quality of their work and attention to detail. All of our landscape employees wear uniforms.

We pride ourselves in providing immediate response to any emergency or problem, as well as any questions you may have in regards to your landscaping. We are always available through our pagers and office. Our goal is to keep you continually aware of problems or needs with our recommendations for correction or upgrading. We look upon all irrigation problems as an emergency, and we specialize in the repair and installation of valves, mainlines, backflows and controllers. We are also qualified to convert manual systems to automatic. Our tree service is proficient in all aspects of tree care, removal, thinning and trimming. When trees are manicured on a regular basis, the cost to you is substantially lower.
